JS Classical LLC Policies
Location
Lessons are at the JS Classical home studio (in the SouthPark neighborhood) in Littleton, Colorado, near CO-470 and S Santa Fe Dr
Trial Lesson
The first lesson is free!
Prices
$530 per month to reserve a weekly 60-minute time slot
$395 per month to reserve a weekly 40-minute time slot
Prices subject to change with 30-day notice
Cancellations
Holidays
Lessons will be cancelled on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day
Sick Days
When the student is sick, a remote lesson may be requested; these are conducted over Zoom with “Original sound for musicians” selected, and a phone (or other device) works well
When the teacher is sick, a remote lesson may be offered in place of cancellation
Vacations
When the teacher cancels lessons due to a planned vacation, a prorated credit based on the number of lessons cancelled will be applied to that month’s bill
<3 Lessons
If the student has fewer than 3 lessons in a given month, a credit to the following month’s bill may be applied at the teacher’s discretion but is not guaranteed
If the missed lessons were due to no-shows, late-arrivals, or cancellations without 24-hour notice, this offer does not apply
Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons may be requested but are strictly subject to time slot availability
Refunds
No refunds are offered except when the teacher discontinues lessons
Billing
The online bill is sent on the 1st of the month, due by the 7th
A $25 late fee will be added to overdue bills
Payment may be made online with a credit card, or in-person with a check made out to “JS Classical LLC”
The first month’s bill will be prorated based on the number of lessons scheduled
Discontinuing Lessons
Either party may discontinue lessons at their discretion
When the student discontinues lessons, they may continue their scheduled lessons through the end of the month
When the teacher discontinues lessons, a refund will be issued in a prorated amount based on the number of lessons cancelled
